Rental Contract:

1. General Agreement By renting artwork from Hanz Human Art Rental (“Owner”)Hanz Human, the renter (“Client”) agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between the Owner Hanz Human and the Client.

2. Rental Period a. The standard rental period is [specify the period as the client selected from the menu], starting from the date of delivery or pickup of the artwork.

b. The rental may be extended by mutual agreement, subject to additional rental fees.

c. Clients must allow sufficient time for shipping by DHL before the artwork is rented. The rental period begins once the artwork is received by the Client.

3. Rental Fees and Payment a. All fees & deposit must be paid in full before the artwork is shipped to the client.

b. Payments will be processed through payment method PayPal including Card payments.

c. Late returns will incur an additional fee of $10 per day for 14day. After 14 days the client will automatically forfeit the deposit

4. Delivery and Shipment a. Delivery of the artwork will be arranged by the Owner Hanz Human at the Client’s expense.

b. The Owner Hanz Human is not liable for any damages that occur during shipment, as the artwork will be packed properly to ensure its perfect condition and protection of the painting.

c. Upon return, the Client is required to provide a photo of the painting before shipping it back to the Owner Hanz Human. This is to assess whether the painting has been excessively damaged on arrival.

5. Condition of Artwork and Security Deposit a. The Client agrees to return the artwork in the same condition as when received.

b. A security deposit is required before the artwork will be shipped and delivered.

c. If excessive damage is found upon return, the Client will forfeit the deposit and has to contact the Owner Hanz Human to find common agreement for the return of the painting.

d. If there is minor damage, such as small scuffs or scratches to the paint, the Client is required to return the painting and forfeit the deposit.

e. When returning the painting, the Client must use packaging similar to the original as received to ensure safe shipping.

f. If any damages are found during the inspection of the painting after its return, the security deposit will not be refunded.

6. Option to Purchase a. The Client has the option to purchase the artwork by forfeiting the security deposit in exchange for ownership of the painting.

b. If the Client wishes to purchase the artwork, they must notify the Owner Hanz Human before returning it.

7. Ownership and Artwork Usage a. Until the artwork is purchased, the Owner Hanz Human retains full ownership of the artwork at all times.

b. The Client is renting the right to display the artwork and does not gain any ownership unless they purchase it as described in Section 6. By opting to purchase the painting no reproduction rights or other altered imitation of the paint will be granted

c. The artwork may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

d. The Client may not alter the artwork in any way. The artwork must be displayed in a suitable environment, free from excessive humidity, direct sunlight, or potential hazards that could cause damage.

8. Return of Artwork a. The Client is responsible for returning the artwork by the agreed-upon date using the original or similar protective packaging to ensure safe shipping.

b. Shipping costs and insurance for the return are the Client’s responsibility.

9. Liability a. The Owner Hanz Human is not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage caused by improper installation or display of the artwork.

10. Termination of Agreement a. The Owner Hanz Human reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the Client violates any terms of the agreement.

11. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of The Philippines

12. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in The Philippines.
